Lunch today! Creamy chicken tacos (those are tortillas in the aluminum foil), pinto beans, and corn. Pretty basic, pretty delicious.
I'm simply going to link you to Rita's Recipes Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili. I make this recipe as is, although I often add more chicken and use it as a filler for burritos, tacos, etc. I find it only freezes so-so, but if you serve it to company you won't have any leftovers.
